Job Summary
The Restaurant Hostess position in Shangri-la Barr Al Jissah is more than the regular duties of greeting and seating the guests, but dazzling and delighting the guests by creating a memorable dining experience in the Food & Beverage outlet by living the Shangri-la Standards.
As Hostess, we rely on you to
Constantly engage with guests.
Taking guest preferences and sharing the same with the Manager.
Welcoming the guests by their names and ensuring they are well-taken care of during their dining.
Take Restaurant reservations and coordinate with the service team.
Greets, seats and escort the guests to the table.
Tracking the birthdays and anniversaries of the Resident guests. Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Enjoys delivering high-quality guest service in a welcoming manner
Loves interacting with guests and customers
Communicates with fluency in English
Preferably has working experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel.
