- Travelers Checks
- Credit Cards
- Paid Out
- Provide/close safety deposit boxes for guests
- Exchange money for guests in accordance with the hotel’s foreign exchange policy & procedure.
- Pay attention to all of guest in Lobby area.
- Operate the switchboard
- Place requested wake-up calls
- Ensure all calls are answered courteously, efficiently and timely
- Bill guests for manual calls in accordance with established policy
- Ensure incoming faxes for guests are complete, legible and delivered to the room within 15 minutes after receipt.
