  • Provide/close safety deposit boxes for guests
  • Exchange money for guests in accordance with the hotel’s foreign exchange policy & procedure.
  • Pay attention to all of guest in Lobby area.

Telephone

  • Operate the switchboard
  • Place requested wake-up calls
  • Ensure all calls are answered courteously, efficiently and timely
  • Bill guests for manual calls in accordance with established policy
  • Ensure incoming faxes for guests are complete, legible and delivered to the room within 15 minutes after receipt.
