- We are looking for an Electrical Professional or equivalent in Energy sector with a technical experience in sales and project execution with more than 5 years of experience
- Available to travel locally to project sites and factory locations to accompany customers for acceptance testing.
- Project Management certification (PM@Siemens or External certification) will be an advantage however not mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, proactive, goal oriented, agile and flexible.
- Team player, ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fluent in English language.
- Develop new business opportunities on assigned target customers and other stakeholder or within an assigned vertical market.
- Visit customers to explore their needs and sell new products, systems and modifications & upgrades
- Identify risks, opportunities and market forces during the project to avoid potential damage / exploit potential opportunities through tailored risk and claim management (e.g. contractual framework)
- Analyze scope of supply and customer contract agreements, carrying out risk analyses and introducing negotiation and recommendations to prepare for negotiations with suppliers (back-to-back where appropriate) and to initiate appropriate measures.
- Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation, as per Siemen Energy internal standards, working process requirement and local law.
- Perform Project execution tasks from project initiation phase until final handover to the customer.
- Organize and maintain aftersales activities.
- Control time cost and quality of the project.
- Communicate with factories for technical and commercial topics.
- Control non-conformance costs.
